Nice little post, pumpkins have only become popular in the U.K. over the past three years (I guess since Walmart bought Asda) we were used to making the best of a bad job with turnips! However pumpkins are a bit easier to carve, thanks for the link to Extreme Pumpkins, I'll have a good read through that site later. I'll really have to learn what pumpkin tastes like instead of throwing it all out into the bin........
